With over 15 years of experience in education, I’ve spent my career helping learners thrive- whether in the classroom, small group settings, or through individualized support. The field has provided me valuable insight into how teaching to a person’s strengths can empower their learning journey and help them to find meaning and thrive in their own work. Instilling this drive into other’s is my passion.

This passion has led me to explore new ways for creating meaningful learning experiences. Instructional design fuels my creativity while offering a perfect blend of strategy and impact.

I am excited to continue building my skills and portfolio through IDOL Academy where I’ve been learning to design engaging, learner-focused content that’s grounded in best practices. My approach is collaborative, human-centered, and fueled by the same purpose that’s guided me throughout my career: Helping to empower others through learning.
